I can actually hear myself getting fatter....

Okay so I need help - I eat out WAY too much and it's taking a toll and my well-being. But I don't know how to cook for one person. And I really don't have any fun recipes. Any suggestions?

AHHHAHAHAHHA!! you are so funny!! yeah, i'm prego. only 3 more weeks to go!! We found out a couple weeks before we moved back out here. it's a little girl. Maria Elle Munoz. Life's been interesting. You should see my list of things to do. I can't remember the last time I did laundry. Oh... and we'll probably be moving to Honduras next year for a little while...

and about your cooking thing... not that i can really see you cooking at all.... it kind of makes me laugh, not that you're a bad cook.. you're good. you just don't do it. anyway, you could totally do a "normal" size (4-6 servings) and freeze remaining in Tupperware so you don't have to cook everyday... or there is the good ol' standby of canned soup.

I hear ya sister! I have a hard time cooking for two and a half/ one and a half.

There are some recipes on the food network that you can cook, then use the leftovers for a new meal the next day or two...that way your not eating the same thing all week.

Or if you want the easy route: load up on fruits and veggies and buy some of those smarts ones meals...just watch your sodium...those meals can have a lot. :)

It should be fun to see that movie. I am only half way through the second book. I think I'm a little to much of a realistic person. But the first one was fun. Maybe I can get going again

I use my laptop as my recipe book! Kraftfoods.com has great easy recipes. I'm a total leftover eater too, so that would solve my "cooking for one person" problem.
